WHAT WE BELIEVE
The Bible Is God's Inspired Word
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is God's revelation to humanity and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living. The Scriptures teach us who God is, how we are saved, and how we should live.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105
The Trinity
We believe in one true and living God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are distinct in person yet one in essence, power, glory, and purpose.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Deuteronomy 6:4
Jesus Christ Is Fully God and Fully Man
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, revealed God the Father to humanity, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now intercedes for believers.
Scripture: John 1:1–14; Matthew 1:18–23; Hebrews 4:15; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Hebrews 7:25
Humanity Needs Salvation
We believe that all people have sinned and are separated from God. Because of Adam's fall, humanity possesses a sinful nature and cannot save itself. Every person stands in need of God's grace and redemption.
Scripture: Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; Isaiah 53:6
Salvation Comes Through Faith in Jesus Christ
We believe that salvation is available to all through the atoning death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through repentance and faith in His blood, sinners are forgiven, justified, regenerated, and born again by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Sanctification Is God's Work of Holiness in the Believer

Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 4:3–7; 1 Corinthians 6:11; Romans 6:6–11; Hebrews 12:14
Holiness Is God's Standard for Christian Living

Scripture: 1 Peter 1:15–16; Romans 12:1–2; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 12:14
Marriage
We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman. We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography are sinful perversions of God's gift of sex. We believe that the only legitimate marriage is the joining of one man and one woman.

The Purpose of the Church
